  • Due to the nature of my work, all sales are final. I take great care in creating and packaging each piece to ensure it meets high standards. If you have any concerns or issues with your order, please contact me as soon as possible, and I will do my best to address them. I am committed to delivering a product that meets your expectations, but please note that I do not accept returns or offer refunds.

  • I usually ship within 1-2 business days because I understand the excitement of receiving something special. Your order will be sent via USPS Ground Advantage, which typically takes an additional 2-5 business days for delivery.

  • While I carefully package your prints and framed artwork to ensure they arrive safely, sometimes things can get a little bumpy on their journey. If you notice any issues with your order, please get in touch with me right away. I will assess the damage and arrange for a replacement if needed. I am committed to making sure your purchase arrives just as you imagined and adds a touch of delight to your day.

  • If you are interested in a larger size than what I currently offer, such as a landscape print, I am open to custom orders and can print as large as 13" x 19." Feel free to reach out with your request!

  • To keep things simple and stress-free, I kindly ask that payment be completed 24 hours prior to your photo session. I will send you an invoice, and once it is paid, your shoot is all set.

  • After your session, you can expect to receive your edited photos within two weeks. I will provide a link to an online gallery where you can view, download, and share your images.

  • I do love a moody weather, as it can add a unique and atmospheric touch to photos. However, I will leave it in your hands to decide if you would prefer to proceed with the shoot or reschedule for another day. Your comfort and vision come first!

  • I understand that life can be unpredictable! If something comes up and you need to reschedule, let me know as soon as possible--preferably 48 hours in advance. I am happy to work with you to find a new date that fits your schedule.
